HVLP is a family owned lighting and equipment rental/production company serving the Hudson Valley, Connecticut, New York City region. Founded by Bobby Baldanza (Director of Photography/Gaffer) and Guy Baronti (Board Op, Creative Direction), their passion for film is unique and innovative. Offering both equipment rentals and film services, HVLP is honored to bring both small and large productions to life.

Meet HVLP
Bobby Baldanza
Bobby has over 10 years of industry experience working in television, film, and commercial productions for HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, to name a few. As a Director of Photography, Gaffer, Camera Operator, Lighting Technician, and Best Boy, Bobby has extensive experience wearing many hats within the industry both behind the scenes, and behind the camera. Bobby brings a unique eye and creative perspective to each project intertwining his love for lighting and film.
Guy Baronti
Guy is a tech professional, Board Op and DMX Tech, who is new to the industry with a keen understanding of equipment, client relations, managing and organizing processes. Guy has a passion for creative direction and bringing stories to life from the page, to film. Guy will not stop until the project is not “just right”, but picture perfect.
